Thank you for visiting and shopping at Eyelashes Desk. Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders above $49.99 for Quebec resident only.
Due to increase order volume and the impact of COVID-19. It may take longer than usual to fulfill your order. We are working carefully to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days and customer will receive their product within delivery standard of Canada Post (7-10 days). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, only on special event or promotion for Montreal resident only.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay happen in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email asap.
If you didn’t receive your parcel item, then please contact Canada Post customer service with your tracking number, you can also contact our team through email for more assistance or unanswered questions.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been ship containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
It’s not uncommon for NO tracking information to show until your package has been scanned in Canada Post system. It might remain “blank” for couple of days after you receive your tracking number. However If your order was placed for more than a week and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving your delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Eyelashes Desk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local post office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local post office.
Damaged, Lost or stolen
Eyelashes Desk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Canada Post customer service to file a lost claim and process can take 30 to 45 days. We cannot issue a refund or replacement until after the grace period.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Right now, we ship our product only in Canada, USA and UK.

Return / refund
We offered 15 days return policy to our customers. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
RETURNS NEED TO MEET ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- All items must be undamaged and in original packaging condition
- New items must be sealed and unopened
- Returns have to be sent with tracking number
- Delivered item cannot be in defective condition, wrong items or faulty.
- Any item that does not meet the conditions above will not be refunded or exchanged.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety and undamaged arrival of the returned item(s). Refunds will be paid out after the arrival of the returned item(s) if it’s accepted.
Please do not send your product back to us unless we approve it via email.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
The customer will be responsible for paying for his own shipping costs to returning the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, then you can change and cancel order. Customer are required to contact us via email within 12 hours following order cancellation or change.
Once the product is packaged and ready for the shipping customer are not eligible to cancel it anymore.
We only exchange items if it is the wrong one, defective or damaged. In some circumstances where you consider one of these three reasons, you should promptly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product issue.
NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any unusual abuse of the purchased product.
